This 2-hour interactive workshop blends child development, teacher reflection, and hands-on creativity to help educators reconnect with the purpose behind their work. Teachers explore how development, temperament, and teacher-student dynamics shape the classroom experience—then turn those insights into a personalized vision for the environment, relationships, and culture they want to create. The experience culminates in a guided vision board workshop where teachers cut, create, reflect, and bring that vision to life—leaving with both practical developmental insight and a tangible reminder of the teacher they want to be and the classroom they want to build.
