This 4.5-hour live, interactive symposium gives educators a deeper understanding of the psychology and development behind the behaviors they navigate every day. Customized to the ages and developmental stages your school or organization serves, the training explores social, emotional, and cognitive development; temperament; regulation; executive function; and teacher-student dynamics. Through practical teaching, real-world case studies, and the Notice It · Name It · Nurture It framework, educators learn to recognize what behavior may be communicating, align expectations with developmental readiness, and respond in ways that maintain appropriate boundaries while building the skills students are still developing. Educators leave with a developmental lens they can immediately apply to the real behaviors, challenges, and relationships in their classrooms.
